Our plumbing technician provided a complete, four hour plumbing and water heater overhaul. The service began with replacing all corroded original gate valves, the main shut-off and both hose bib isolation valves, with reliable, quarter turn ball valves. The faulty rear hose bib was replaced with a new frost free hose faucet and quarter turn isolation valve.
Furthermore, the 17-year-old water heater was professionally removed and replaced with a new AO SMITH PROLINE Commercial Grade 50-gallon atmospheric vent model, installed safely with a new emergency water shut off valve, drain pan, water alarm, and a thermal expansion tank pre-charged to the home’s optimal 60 psi pressure.
